Smoked Beef Brisket

Ingredients
- 4-6 lb. beef brisket
- 1-2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1-2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 can beef broth
- 2-3 T. liquid smoke

Preparation
Step 1
The night before, rub brisket with the garlic salt and onion salt. Combine worcestershire, broth and liquid smoke in pan you will cook in. Put brisket in fat side up and spoon liquid over top. Don't remove fat before cooking, it will scrape off easily when it's done. Cover very tightly with heavy duty foil and refrigerate over night. In the morning put in 275 oven for about 8 hours. I serve with buns as sandwiches but can be served as main dish meat with mashed potatoes!
