Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Cooked Beef
- 1 small head of Cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 2 Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 stalks Celery, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 (14.5oz) can diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the cooked beef into bite-size pieces and add it to the slow cooker
along with the cabbage, onion, carrots and celery; stir to mix.
Add the garlic, broth, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to a bowl; mix well and pour over the beef. Set the slow cooker on high and cook for 1 hour or until the cabbage has begun to wilt.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 4 hours. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
