Queso Sonrisas Mac and Cheese

You can't go wrong with this delicious Queso Sonrisas Mac and Cheese recipe. Add a kick of fire with your favorite chunky salsa.

Ingredients

• 1 package Diner Mac n' Cheese (from Trader Joe's)
• 1/2 jar Chunky Salsa
• 3 pinches Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend (optional)
• 1 tablespoon Sour Cream, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Cook mac n' cheese according to preferred directions on package.

When done, add salsa, mix and stir.

Top with a sprinkle of cheese and sour cream for added flair (optional, but delicious).
