- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 2 Cup Milk, Scalded
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
- 1 Lb Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Candied Fruit, Finely Chopped
- 1 Oz Semisweet Chocolate, Grated

- 1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, Chopped (OR)
- 2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees, and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
- 1/2 Cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread
- 1 Cup Organic brown rice syrup
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups Old fashion Oatmeal
- 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat pastry Flour
- 1/2 Cup Raisins or dried Currents
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened Coconut - optional
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon

- 1/4 Lb - 1 stick of butter

I got this from the Sun City Core Courier paper, tried it and l love it
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweeten Condensed milk
- 2 cups vanilla or white chips
- 1 Cup Milk Chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Dash of Salt
- 3/4 Cup English toffee chips & bits
- 1/8 tsp. Rum extract - (I did not )
- 1 Cup Vanilla Frosting
- Green food coloring
