- 1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1/3 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Saltine Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Egg White, Lightly Beaten
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- -----Mushroom Gravy -----
- 1 1/2 Cups Brown Beef Gravy (12 Oz Jar=1 1/2 Cups)
- 4 Oz Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Water
