Potato Salad Moms Way

Mom's Potato Salad enough said!
- 6 Potatoes (White Rose)
- 6 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Onions
- 3/4 Cup Celery
- 1/2 Cup Radish's
- 2 or 3 Green Onions
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise (I like Kraft)
- 1/2 Cup Milk (approx) depends on mayo
- 1 Tbsp (heaping) pickle relish (if desired)
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tsp Mrs Dash
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Found this on a box of Gluten Free - Rice Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar - well packed down
- 3/4 Cup granulated white sugar
- 1 cup soften butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Rice flour
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 12 oz semisweet choc chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Pasta Sauce

- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 4 Pinches Pepper, Fresh Ground
- 1/2 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes (28 Oz)

- 8 Oz Sour Cream
- 1 Can Bean Dip (16 Oz/Or Refried Beans)

- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 3 Tomatoes, Chopped Fine

- 4 Cups Shredded Cabbage, Shredded
- 4 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 Cups Shredded Jicama, Shredded
- 1 Each Yellow Bell Peppers, Chopped Thin
- 1/4 Cups Fat Free Yogurt
- 1/4 Cups Fat Free Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Grated Zest Of 1 Lemon Or Line, Grated Fine
- Salt And Pepper

- 4 Plum Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Seeded & Diced
- 1 Cup Salami, Diced
- 1 Cup Mozzarella, Diced
- 1 Cup Smoked Turkey Breast, Diced
- 1 Cup Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 1/2 Cup Scallions, Thinly Sliced
- ----- Dressing -----
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tsp Oregano, Dried
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
CRUST-LESS QUICHE

this is not only good - it is good for you
- In a blender:
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 pint of cottage cheese
- Pour into a 9x13 glass pan.
- add the 1 Lbs of Jack cheese.
- add any of the following you want;
- Diced green chiles
- Diced Ham
- cooked bacon
- Use all low fat cheeses and egg beaters if you want low cal.
