This was on the internet- I tried- I like
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 Cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp each - Chopped fine - Parsley & Chives ( I use any fresh herbs I like)
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar or 2 Tbsp lime juice - fresh
- 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 Tsp sugar ( if you want it )

- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 to 2 Tbsp red hot sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tsp granulated onion powder

This is an old receipt that my German Grandmother passed to my mother and then to me
- 1 4 oz package of dark German chocolate bars
- 1/2 Cup of hot water
- Melt the chocolate in the hot water and set aside to cool.
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 cup Shortening
- 4 egg Yolks
- 4 egg Whites - beaten stiff
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp. Soda
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
