  • FOR THE MISO MAYONNAISE:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup white miso
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons grated or finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • ∏ teaspoon freshly ground white or black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
