1. Preheat the oven to 400
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 corn tortilla, halved
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- Kosher salt
- 1 15oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 4.25 oz cans chopped green chiles
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (preferably reduced sodium)

1. Spray 9inn glass pie dish with nonstick spray
- Nonstick veggie spray
- 1 lb frozen cookie dough
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 teas salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 2 1/3 cups whole milk
- 2 tblsp unsalted butter
- 1 tblsp dark rum
- 2 teas vanilla extract
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- 2 tblsp powdered sugar

1. Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 350
- FOR THE CRUST AND TOPPING:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3/4 pound unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- FOR THE FRUIT FILLING:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- pinch of fine sea salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Two 16oz packages frozen cherries, thawed and drained

- 1 block medium firm tofu
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red, orange, or green pepper chopped
- 1 to 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 1/2 cups salsa verde
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
- Top with: Avocado, cilantro, jalapenos, pico de gallo

- 1 1/2 cups (packed) finely grated extra-sharp yellow cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups (Packed) finely grated extra-sharp white cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dieced drained pimiento peppers from jar, roasted red peppers, or piquillo peppers (about 2 1/2 ounces)
- 1/4 teas cayenne pepper
