Combine all ingredients for filling together and set aside in regrgerator if making wrappers
- Won Ton Wrappers or make your own as follows:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 8 water chesnuts chopped
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 tsp soy suce
- 2 TBS thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
- 1-3 tsp five spice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- cornstarch for dusing
- Dip
- 1/3 c. dark soy sauce
- 3 slices ginger, minced
- 2 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili oil
- Combine all ingredients and let stand 10 minutes to blend.
Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken) (7 ww pts)

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat
- Serves 4
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/4 white onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Cuban Spicy Oxtail Stw (Rabo Encendido)

Instructions Season the oxtail pieces with salt, pepper and naranja agria
- 3 pounds oxtails (trimmed, disjointed & cut into 2" pieces)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons naranja agria (bitter orange juice) — or, substitute a mixture of equal parts orange juice and lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1 large green pepper (finely chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced & crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
- 1 can beef broth
