Directions Using a food processor (if you have one), finely chop the onion, apple, celery and garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 cups cubed cooked lamb
- 1 onion
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2-1 cup chopped canned tomato
- salt and pepper
Sherried Mushroom Pork Chops 7 pts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 4 servings
- Butter flavored cooking oil spray
- 1 clove garlic, minced fairly fine
- 4 lean center cut pork loin chops (may be boneless or bone in)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained (I used 1 cup fresh sliced)
- 1 cup dry sherry

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
