Honey Lemon Drop Martini

Now it's a party!
- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup*

Gooey Oat Bars

Prepare your pan: Heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, or table salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, chopped white or dark chocolate, candy bars, dried fruit, or a mix thereof (with the dried fruit, a mix with chocolate is best or the sweetness of the fruit will be overwhelming)
Garlic Broth

This has the rich, soothing flavor of a chicken broth with none of the fat! Hard to believe there is no meat!
- 2 heads of garlic, separated into cloves and peeled
- 2 quarts water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- pinch of dried leaf sage
- 2 tsp salt
Russian Dressing Dip

Stir all the ingredients together
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tsp horseradish
- 2 green onions (both white and green parts), minced
- 1/4 cup chili sauce or salsa
Asian Pork Tenderloin

Whisk together first 8 ingredients
- 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin
Green Goddess Dressing

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp champagne or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 /4 tsp pepper
Greek Dressing

Whisk together all ingredients until blended
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Creamy Miso Ginger Dressing

Serve over salad greens or broiled fish
- 4 oz low fat silken tofu
- 2 tbsp light miso
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil
Frozen Coffee Cooler

Process half of first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth
- 6 cups ice cubes
- 4 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup coffee liqueur
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup half and half or milk
- Garnish with whipped cream, ground cinnamon
Beer Drinker's Deep-Pan Pizza

- Crust:
- 1 cup warm beer (100 degrees)
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 1/4 to 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. cornmeal
- Topping:
- 12 oz. mozzarella cheese; shredded
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
