Paleo Style Chicken and Bacon Salad

Add the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and a pinch of salt (if using) to a blender

- 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Freshly-ground Black pepper
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Slices thick-cut bacon, preferably uncured
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Splash of olive oil
- 2 Heads Boston Lettuce
- 1/2 Small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 Cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Avocado
Paleo Butternut Squash Lasagna

- 1 pound hot Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15-ounce) can pizza sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Couple leaves fresh basil (leave it out if you don’t have it, just freshens up the sauce a bit)

- 2 shallots, peeled
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 pieces bacon, diced, cooked, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon fat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 cup shredded artisan cheese(parm and romano)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound penne pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Paleo Pork Hash

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon grassfed butter
- 1 cup onion, minced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 6oz can tomato paste
- 1.5 lbs ground pork
- 1 egg, beaten
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste

- 3-4 ripe avocados
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Garlic's Grilled Peppered Steak with Cab Balsamic Sauce Semi Paleo

Preheat grill to high heat
- 2 pounds flank steak or tri-tip, cut into 8-ounce pieces
- 4 tablespoons black peppercorns, lightly cracked
- tablespoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, (paleo agave nectar)
Broccoli Pesto (Paleo Style)

Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- 8 ounces broccoli rabe (about 1/2 a bunch)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra‐virgin olive oil
Paleo Pork Shoulder Slow Cooker

Combine the tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, coriander and cumin in the base of your slow cooker
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (3-pound) pork shoulder (or butt), trimmed of excess fat
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 2 yellow onions, diced

- 8 small zucchini
- 4 carrots

- and if you want to get wild, 1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa for a Mole style extravaganza!
