Paleo Skirt Steak

Combine all dry ingredients and rub on about 1 lb
- Rub ingredients:
- 1 lb Skirt Steak or for three people
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- pinch of pepper
- If you want topping:
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 red bell pepper(sliced thin)
Paleo Chimichurri Sauce

Put the lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper flakes, and black pepper in food processor
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt(take out if you want real paleo)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Lemon Vinaigrette Broccoli, Red Pepper & Sweet Potato Salad

Preheat oven to 350º F
- Vinaigrette:
- • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- • 1 teaspoon honey
- •1 clove garlic, pressed through a garlic press
- • 1/4 minced fresh dill weed
- • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- • 5 basil leaves, torn
- • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salad:
- • 1 teaspoon extra‐virgin olive oil
- •2 medium sized sweet potatoes
- • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- • 1 bunch broccoli
- •1 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper •3 cloves garlic, pressed through a garlic press

- Other Substitutions:
- Milk - nut milk, coconut milk, almond milk
- Butter - olive oil, bacon grease, coconut oil
- Yogurt - coconut milk
- Sour cream - chilled coconut milk combined with a few drops of lemon juice
- Whip cream - chilled coconut milk flavored with a bit of honey or orange

Paleo Oven Short Ribs

1. Heat the oil in a large heavy-duty skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 pounds bone-in beef short ribs, at least 1 1/2 inches thick and 4-5 inches in length preferred
- 1 medium onions, cut into 1/2 inch dice
- 3 shallots, quartered
- 1 medium garlic head, cloves separated and smashed with skin remaining
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 3/4 cups of full-bodied red wine such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Burgundy
- 1/4 cup ruby port
- 1 3/4 cups chicken stock
- 10 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- I didn't measure any of the spices and i used all ground spices except or the bay leaves
Paleo Sriracha (Butter) Shrimp

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 poundshrimp
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, didn't have any used lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
Paleo Fried Egg Chorizo Burgers with Caramelized Onions

Set your oven to 400ºF. In a large bowl combine the beef and chorizo
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb fresh chorizo, casing removed
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced(we left these out)
- 6-8 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced(we left these out)
- 1-2 avocados, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced into wedges
- 6-8 slices melty cheese (muenster, gouda, fontina, jack, provolone), optional(we left this out)
- package of portabello mushrooms

Paleo Zucchini Soup

Set aside a few slices of zucchini for garnish
- 1 pound small zucchini sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon evoo
- 2 tablespoons finely-chopped onion
- 4 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
Paleo Chicken and Pumkin

Instructions Fry onion and garlic in a large pan with oil on medium heat for 2minutes
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 5 cups pumpkin, diced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbs ground ginger
- 1 tbs ground turmeric
- 2 tbs ground coriander
- 2 tbs ground cumin
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups vegetable stock
- 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped

Sauteed Baby Artichokes

Rinse the baby artichokes
- 1 pounds baby artichokes
- Bowl of water with 1.5 cups of water and juice from
- 1 fresh lemons (about 1.5 Tbsp) or equivalent
- amount of vinegar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- Small pinch of Herbes de Provence 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
