Place the garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and 1 cup of coconut milk in a blender and puree until smooth
- 4 Garlic cloves, chopped.

- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1.5 tsp poultry seasoning/adobo, etc
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup coconut oil or evoo
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Pour the oil in a skillet over medium heat
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 or 3 cloves
- 1/3 pound seedless grapes
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs chicken stock
- 1 tbs finely chopped onion
- 2 tbs walnut or almond meal

- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chx breast
