Paleo Mediterranean Marinated Swordfish

Whisk together marinade ingredients and pour over swordfish in a shallow pan
- MARINADE:
- 2 pounds swordfish steaks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil

- 4 tilapia filets
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1/8 cup almond butter
- 1/8 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips or Dark Chocolate Chips
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or if you have 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 of orange. YUM
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- FOR GLAZE
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 tablespoons Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips or Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Paleo Spicy Pulled Pork

Prepare the dry rub by combining the paprika, garlic powder, dry mustard and sea salt in a bowl
- ketchup:
- Pulled pork ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder or butt roast, about 5-6 lbs;
- 3 tbsp smoked paprika;
- 1 tbsp garlic powder;
- 1 tbsp dry mustard;
- 1 tbsp sea salt;
- Spicy sauce ingredients
- 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup homemade ketchup;
- 1 cup Dijon or homemade mustard;
- 2 garlic cloves, minced;
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper;
- 1 tsp sea salt;
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper;
- ngredients
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste;
- 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice;
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard;
- 1/3 cup water;
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon;
- 1/4 tsp salt;
- 1 pinch ground cloves;
- 1 pinch ground allspice;
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, optional;

Salmon Ginger Mustard Burgers

Make Salmon Burgers: Discard any bones in salmon and finely chop salmon by hand
- 1 1/2 pound salmon fillet, skin discarded
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons finely grated peeled fresh gingerroot
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons olive oil

- 2 * 2 shallots, peeled
- 3 * 3 cloves garlic
- 1 * 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 * 3 pieces bacon, diced, cooked, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon fat
- 2 * 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 * 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 * 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 * 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 * 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- * Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 * 1 pound penne pasta, cooked
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
