Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
- 1 Cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
Turtle Sheet Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Chocolate frosting:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup strong black coffee
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Turtle topping:

- 1 cup caramel sauce, to drizzle

Watergate Salad

Instructions Combine the undrained crushed pineapple with the dry pudding mix
- 1- 20 oz, can crushed pineapple, in 100% juice, DO NOT DRAIN!
- 1 - 3.4 oz, package of pistachio flavored instant pudding mix
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Ham and Swiss Dip

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups diced fully cooked ham
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 3/4 cup rye cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Peanut Butter Dog Treats

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees

- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, finely grated

Pulse oats in a food processor until semi-fine or fine
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter (two sticks), softened
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips (you can use regular-sized chocolate chips instead)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Shamrock Party Punch

Instructions In a large pitcher, mix frozen limeade with 3 cans of water
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen limeade
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen pineapple juice
- 2 packets lemon-lime Kool Aid
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 liter bottle lemon lime soda
- 1.5 QT container lime sherbet
- lemon and lime slices - optional
Homemade Pudding

Combine the first three ingredients In a large saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 dark chocolate candy bar (6.8 ounces), finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon flavored extract. We like vanilla, but you can experiment with flavors like almond, orange or mint
Pistachio Fluff (Watergate Salad)

Instructions Combine pudding mix, pineapple (with juice), marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl and mix well
- 1 4 oz pistachio Jell-O instant pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) - thawed
