Chili Blanco Nero

Heat oil in large heavy saucepan over medium high heat
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper diced
- 2 Tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 cup full flavored beer
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomato with chilies, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) each rinsed, drained: small white beans, black beans
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- Salt
- Cooked macaroni, diced onions, shredded cheese, optional
Hot Artichoke (Spinach) Dip

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts drained & chopped
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 cup (4 oz) Kraft Grated Parmesan
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained (optional)
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 10 oz chopped, thawed & well drained spinach
- chopped tomato or green onions (optional)
Hot Cranberry Punch

Cook all except Vodka for 4-10 hours
- 4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp whole cloves & 1 cinnamon stick
- 1-2 cups vodka (add before serving)
Aunt Viola's Fabulous Flourless Celebration Cookies

Makes about 5-6 dozen cookies
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 9 cups quick oatmeal
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 pound sweet butter
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp corn syrup
- 1 1/2 pounds chunky peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 lbs chocolate chips
- 1/2 lbs butterscotch chips
- Nuts & raisins optional
Whiskey Slush

Freeze to slush. Fill glass 1/2 full and add Sprite or Ginger Ale
- 4 Cups Whiskey
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Lemon Juice
- 6 Cups Water
- Sprite or Ginger Ale to Add
Chocolate Eclair Dessert

DIRECTIONS: Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers
- 2 individual packages graham crackers
- 2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping,

- 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting

- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese softened
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract (divided)
- 1 large carton (16 oz) Sour Cream
English Apple Pie

In a medium bowl beat butter & brown sugar until pale & fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbs water
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 4 large cooking apples, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Whip cream (optional)
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball

- 1 stick butter (no substitutes)
