Chicken & Mushroom Dijon

In skillet in 1 tbsp hot margarine, cook chicken 10 min or until browned
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli flowerets
- 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can Cream of Chicken & Broccoli Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Dijon style mustard
- Noodles of your choice
Cauliflower Cheese Soup

In 2 qt pyrex, microwave cauliflower in water covers on high for 12-14 min until tender
- 1 medium head or 4 cups small pieces of Cauliflower
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup unsifted flower
- 4 tsp Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 6 slices American cheese process cut into pieces (Velveeta??)
Warm Olive Bruschetta

1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bread slices on Large Round Stone with Handles
- 24 slices French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing
- 3/4 cup chive and onion cream cheese spread
- Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters (optional)

- Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
