- 1 cup corn (cooked or frozen)
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli (cooked or raw, raw will turn out crunchier)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup cubed ham and/or cooked Italian sausage
- A few slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tsp. herbes de provence, or other dried herbs, or a Tbsp of fresh chopped herbs such as basil, rosemary, or thyme

- For the Dough:
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) milk
- 2 packages (16 g) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup (120 g) mashed sweet potato (~1 small or 1/2 medium sweet potato)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (112 g) Redpath Granulated Sugar
- 4 1/4 cups (531 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp (10 g) cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5 g) nutmeg
- 1 tsp (5 g) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) ground cardamom (optional)
- For the filling:
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Redpath Golden Yellow Sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 g) cinnamon, ground

- Cooked pasta (penne or rotini works well)
- Chopped vegetables, such as rainbow peppers, celery, green onions, red onion, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, etc.
- Dressing, such as Cucumber Dill, Italian Garden Vegetable, Ranch, Caesar, Creamy Cucumber, &/or a mixture of Miracle Whip, vinegar and sugar
- Fresh dill (lots!)
