Drain green beans, reserving 1/4 cup
- 1 stick (8 Tbsp.) butter
- 8 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 large can Green Beans
- 1/4 cup bean juice
BLT Burger with Garlicky Mayonnaise

Light a grill. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over moderate heat until crisp, about 7 minutes

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 2 (6-ounce) cans tomato paste
- 24 ounces cottage cheese or 24 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, divided
- 12 to 15 lasagne noodles
