- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (abt 1 1/2 pounds)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, scrubbed and halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cut white wine
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice

In a large skillet, heat the oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef chuck
- 1 small onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 1/2 cups canned chopped tomatoes with their juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup

- 1 loaf (18 inch) baguette French bread, cut into 36 (1/2-inch) slices

- 1 cup shredded deli rotisserie chicken
