- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 pounds)
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Paprika

1. Trim separable fat from round steak, then cut meat into 4 serving-size pieces
- 1 pound beef round steak
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion

- 1 cup whole-fat buttermilk

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup small-diced onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (85% lean-15% fat)
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Oven Baked Pork Chop Sauce

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- For 2 pork chops make the recipe as is. For 4 chops double the recipe, for 6 chops triple the recipe.
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
