- I use this glaze to frost the 90-calorie cupcakes (you can find it in my recipe collection)
- 3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup non-fat half-and-half
- 3/4 cup granulated no-calorie sweetener (I use Splenda)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, preferably Dutch-process

- Finely chopped toasted nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa, powdered sugar or colored sugars

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- Powdered sugar for dusting
