- 1/3 cup (80 ml) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Bring water and butter to boil, add flour until ball is formed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 lg instant vanilla pudding mix (Prepared as pkg directions)
- 2 cups cold milk (used to prepare pudding)
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 9 oz cool whip thawed
- chocolate syrup to drizzle when ready to eat.
Roasted Sweet Potatoes

- 3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size cubes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar (organic)
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Sea salt, to taste

- 4 TBSP Butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb (8oz) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 RITZ crackers, crushed, (about 1/4 up)
