Ina’s Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees
- 12 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, seeds (not cores) removed
- 1/4 cup good olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 16 ounces fresh salted mozzarella
- 12 fresh basil leaves, julienned
Grilled American Lamb Loin Chops with Yogurt, Orange and Olives

The day before serving, pat chops dry and season with salt and pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds American lamb loin chops, 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt, low fat or whole milk

- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped and divided

Homemade Parmesan-Crusted Fish Sticks

Preheat oven to 450º F and place cooking rack in upper third of oven
- Fish:
- 1 (18 oz) center-cut salmon fillet, skinned
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper, to taste
- olive oil, for drizzling

- Tartar Sauce:
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup plain, Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives

- 6 oz Brie Log
- 15 mini-phyllo cups (1 box)
- 45 pieces of blueberries or 3 berries per phyllo cup (just get a pint of blueberries if you don't want to count and then eat the rest!)

- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 6 ounces Camembert or Brie cheese, with the rind, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Crème fraîche, for garnish
- Aleppo pepper, for garnish

- 3/4 cup split yellow mung beans
- 2/3 cup basmati rice
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or ghee
- 2 teaspoons black mustard seeds
