- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, julienned

- 1 pound linguine, cooked
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 to 1-1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/2 pounds little neck clams, scrubbed
- 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, divided
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
