Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (8 ounce) package linguine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Zucchini Croquettes

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonful into hot oil
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Angel Hair Chicken Pasta

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese with chives
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Put chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
- 1/8 cup margarine
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Roach Ball Recipe

This will get rid of roaches in your house
- 14 oz. Boric Acid (purchase at drug store or hardware store)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco solid
- Water (add until you get a consistency of pie dough) Approx 1 cup.
Eggplant Casserole III

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil; add eggplant
- 4 cups water
- 1 medium eggplant, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
White Cheese Chicken Pasta

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 9 lasagna noodles (or your fav pasta)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Fried Pie fillings

Ham and cheese: Cook ham, onions, pepper garlic and parsley and drain off liquid
- Ham & Cheese pies:
- 2 lbs ham finely chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp blackk pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 lb grated jalapeno cheese (pepper jack)
- Meat Pies:
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups white finely chopped onions
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 cell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Tabasco to taste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- Apple PIes:
- 4 apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup water
Crunchy Romaine Toss

Blend all ingredients in dressing
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg ramen noodles, uncooked, broken up (discard flavor packet)
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped
- 1 head romaine lettuce, broken into pieces
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 1/2 cups sweet & sour dressing (see below)
- Sweet & sour dressing: (yields 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
MeMaw's Banana Pudding

In double boiler: Melt butter then gradually add flour, constantly stirring
- 5 Tblsp flour
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- stick of butter
- pinch salt
- 2 teasp vanilla
- 2 boxes of Nilla Vanilla Wafers
- 3 or 4 large ripe bananas, sliced
