Mississippi Mud

Mix four butter and pecans and press into bottom of 9x13 dish
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 oz pack cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugaar
- 1 small choc instant pudding
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding
- 3 1/4 cups milk
- 2 small tubs of cool whip
- (1 pack 36 oreo cookies) optional crust

Mix melted butter and crushed Oreos
- 1 cup of butter melted
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1cup powdered sugar
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding
- 1small choc instant pudding
- 3cups milk
- 1 pack of Oreo cookies reg filling
- Small tub of cool whip
- Alternate crust
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans

For crust mix 1 stick of butter, one cup flour and pecans together and press into bottom of deep pan
- Crust:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3.9oz choc instant pudding
- 3.9oz vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8oz Cool Whip
- Oreo crust:
- Pack of 30 Oreo's chopped
Chinese Stir-fry Brown Sauce

Mix ingredients then heat until clear and it thickens
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 ½ Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 ½ Tbsp. Cornstarch
- couple of squirts hot chili sauce (I use Cholula)
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 or 4 cloves garlic
Shrimp Stir-fry

- 1-2 pounds of raw shrimp
- Red, yellow and green bell peppers
- Onions (white or yellow or green)
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Celery
- Mushrooms (cook before to get liquid out)
- Water chestnuts
- Baby corn
- Snow peas
Blueberry Cobbler

- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp white sugar
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Chinese sweet brown stir fry sauce

Mix ingredients and heat until clear and brown and smooth
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 squirts hot Cholula chili sauce
- 1Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 or 4 cloves garlic
Pepper Jelly Vinegarette

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend about 10 mins
- 3, 10 oz jars of pepper jelly
- 1/4 white onions chopped
- 4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs minced garlic
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 5 serrano peppers with seeds
- (for milder omit seeds)
- 1 Tbs Tony Cachere's seasoning
- 1/2 cup sugar
Doggie Biscuits

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 eggs at room temp
- 3/4 cup puréed roasted sweet potato or pumpkin
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol free)
- 1/2 teasp ground cinnamon
- 4 strips of cooked bacon, minced
