Do this in a rice cooker. (I have a 12 cup cooker and double this recipe

  • 1 stick of butter or margarine
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1/3 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb crawfish, seasoned with Tony Chachere's(or shrimp)
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can beef consomme soup
  • (I add 1 can of Rotel with liquid when I double the recipe)
