Rice cooker Crawfish Jambalaya

Do this in a rice cooker. (I have a 12 cup cooker and double this recipe
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1/3 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb crawfish, seasoned with Tony Chachere's(or shrimp)
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can beef consomme soup
- (I add 1 can of Rotel with liquid when I double the recipe)

Homemade Wonton Soup

- 16 uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (optional)

Southern Fried Chicken

- HOUSE SEASONING:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup hot red pepper sauce
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tsp pepper
- House seasoning recipe follows
- 1 cut up chicken
- oil for frying, preferably peanut oil
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/3 cup garlic powder
- Mix together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Bloody Marys

- 2 , 46 oz. cans CAmpbells Tomato juice
- 14 oz Heinz Ketchup
- fill Ketchup bottle with water-add to above
- 1 pint of lemon juice
- 2 1/2 oz of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- dash tabasco
- 1 quart vodka-don't add until you're ready to drink
- top with lime slice and Cavendae's Greek seasoning
