Tony Roma's Baked Potato Soup

This thick and creamy texture and rich taste of Tony Roma's soup can be easily cloned with basic ingredients
- Garnish:
- 2 medium potatoes (about 2 cups chopped)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup diced white onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 green onions, chopped (green part only)
Grilled Avocado

Preheat grill to medium (375)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 5 or 6 fresh basil leaves
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- coarse salt
- 4 thick slices bakery sourdough bread
Beet Pickled Deviled Eggs

Combine water, vinegar, beets, sugar and 1 tsp salt in large saucepan set over high heat
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 beet, scrubbed, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt, plus more for seasoning
- 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp minced chives
- pepper, for seasoning
Southwestern Vegetable Soup

This is a soup packed with veggies that's low in fat and has some Southwestern zing
- Garnish:
- 6 cups chicken broth (Swanson is best)
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup canned dark red kidney beans, with liquid
- 1 cup frozen yellow cut corn
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans
- 1 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup diced Spanish onion
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 6 corn tortillas, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- dash garlic powder
- 1 cup grated cheddar/jack cheese blend
- 1 cup crumbled corn tortilla chips
Potato Cheese Soup

Place potatoes, onions, celery and salt in the 4 cups of water in a large pot
- 8 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 4 cups chopped celery
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups half and half
- 6 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Heart Happy Blueberry Pancakes

Prepare the oatmeal according to the directions on the box and allow it to cool to room temperature
- 1 packet Whole Grain Blueberry Instant Oatmeal
- 1 cup Multigrain Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Freeze Dried Blueberries
Tiramisu Dessert

Classic tiramisu flavors in an easy to make dessert that starts with a pre-made sponge cake!
- 1 sponge cake (10-12 inch about 3" tall)
- 3 ounces strong black coffee, or instant espresso
- 3 ounces brandy or rum
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese or mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups superfine powdered sugar
- Unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 3 oz grated romano cheese
- 3 cups tomato sauce
