Alouette Chicken - Herbed Chicken in Pastry

This is really good! Easy to prepare, but tastes like you worked all day!
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 (4 ounce) pkg. Alouette® Soft Spreadable Cheese (Garlic & Herb)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Parmesan - Crusted Tilapia

So good & soooo easy!! Served with tomato-parmesan noodles, steamed broccoli & a simple salad
- 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 t. paprika
- 1 T. chopped flat leaf parsley
- 4 Tilapia filets, about 1 lb. total
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

- 1 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 T. milk
- 4 cube steaks, about 1 lb.

Stuffed Peppers

Cut off tops of peppers. Remove and discard seeds and membranes
- 6 medium sized peppers
- 3/4 lb. ground round (I used 1.25 lbs. of ground sirloin)
- 1 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice (I used brown rice)
- 1 t. marjoram
- 1 t. oregano
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T. nonfat sour cream
- (shredded colby & monterey & avocado, if you’d like – this was my own addition)

- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 3 T. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs

- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. plus 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 c. cool whip, divided
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3 sm. pkgs. white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 t. pumpkin pie spice

Combine flours and powdered sugar
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. coconut flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. cold butter, cut
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- zest of whole lemon
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 c. flour
Red Lobster Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 400deg F. Wash mushrooms and remove stems
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb crabmeat
- 2 cups oyster crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 slices white cheddar cheese
