- 2 pkgs (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp mayonaise
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 1 can (10 oz) chunk white chicken, drained & flaked
- 1/2 small cucumber, seeded, sliced & quartered
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded & diced
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained & crumbled
Butternut Squash Polenta

1. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk and water just to a boil, reduce heat
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. water or vegetable stock
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 c. quick cooking polenta
- 1 c. puréed roasted butternut squash
- 2 Tbsp. *Fior Fiore EVOO
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. grated Pecorino cheese
Sausage and Vodka Pasta

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat and drop your pasta to cook until al dente
- 1 (16 oz) box of fettuccine or spaghetti noodles
- 1 pound of sausage (we used an Italian pork sausage)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup Vodka
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons half & half, cream or milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (plus a little more for garnish)
- Salt and Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Basil to garnish
Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce

1) Cook & drain pasta as directed on package
- 1 pkg (16 oz) capellini (angel hair) pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
Baileys Cookies & Cream Parfaits

1. Using Ziploc bag, crush Oreos into crumbles, then set aside
- 15 Oreos
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream chilled *(Put in freezer for 20 minutes)
- 1/3 cup Baileys chilled *(put in freezer for 20 minutes)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 pkg (19-21 oz) brownie mix (plus ingredients to make cake-like brownies)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
- 1 container (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided in half
- 2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) cheesecake instant pudding & pie filling
- 20 Oreos, coarsely chopped (2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate morsels, grated
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Egg Bake

1) Grease 9x13 pan with cooking spray 2) Layer on bottom of pan: croutons, cheese, then meat
- 2 1/2 cups croutons
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded colby jack or pepper jack cheese
- 2 lbs pork sausage, browned
- 7 eggs
- 3/4 tsp dried mustard
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can, cream of mushroom soup

- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- 1 tsp chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 pint (2 cups) cherry tomatoes, cut into fourths
