Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Cooking spray
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper
- 6 deli slices ham (about 5 ounces), cut lengthwise into 4 strips each
- 6 deli slices Swiss cheese (about 5 ounces), cut lengthwise into 4 strips each
- 1 large skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 24 chunks
Italian Pulled Pork Sandwiches

In a small bowl, combine the fennel seed, steak seasoning and cayenne, if desired
- 1 Tbsp fennel seed, crushed
- 1 Tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 boneless pork shoulder butt roast (3 lbs)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium green or sweet red peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced

- 1-1/2 c confectioners sugar
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c milk
