Easy Cheesy Bacon Chicken

In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, cook bacon for 4 minutes or until crisp
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
Peach and Cherry Crumb - Shelly's

Peel and slice peaches and place an equal amount in each of the 4-4 oz
- 2 Fresh Peaches, peeled and sliced
- 12 Frozen Cherries (no need to defrost)

- 1/3 cup Almond Meal
- 1/3 cup Oatmeal (dry, rolled oats)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons SF Torani Syrup

In a bowl, mash up bananas and add eggs and milk
- 3 very, very, seriously ripe bananas
- 5 scoops + 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 c. Splenda
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters (or two eggs)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder (yes I did say 3...trust me on this)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnut pieces

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- Confectioners' sugar for dusting
