It’s Cheeseburger Pie time
- 1 1/4 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup, regular or sugar free if you have it (we love Natures Hollow SF Ketchup)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup original Bisquick baking mix ( I pick up a five ounce envelope from the pancake section)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs

- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/8 cup pumpkin purée
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- Oil (for frying)

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 3 tablespoons thawed frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons minced artichoke hearts (frozen or canned)
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 8-ounce tube Pillsbury Crescent Butter Flake Dough
