Frozen Tirimisu

Soften yogurt for 10 minutes
- 1 pint coffee-flavored frozen yogurt
- 3 T. Hershey’s chocolate sauce
- 1 T. instant coffee granules
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) soft ladyfingers
- 1 T. cocoa
No-Salt Seasoning Mix

Combine all ingredients. Store in a dry place and use within 3 months
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 2 t. dried thyme
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. smoked paprika
- 2 t. celery seed
- 1 t. white pepper
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 t. lemon pepper

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup Mandarin orange, drained
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream

In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix, pineapple and cottage cheese; mix thoroughly
- 1 pkg. sugar free pistachiio pudding mix
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 16 oz. carton cottage cheese

- Juice & zest of one large lime
- 3-4 drops green food coloring, if desired

- 1 t. baking powder

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 McCormick Skillet Sauce - taco w/Chipotle & Garlic
- 1 can petite tomatoes w/Cilantro & Lime
- 1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 cup corn tortilla chips, slightly crushed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1 3/4 cups oatmeal
- 2 scoops protein powder – any flavor
- 3/4 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1/2 cup of “stuff” (nuts, raisins, dried fruit, unsweetened coconut, SF chocolate chips)
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup SF syrup – any flavor
- 1 egg white
- 2 T. orange juice
- 1 banana, mashed
