In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth
- 2 pkgs (8 ounces ea) of cream cheese; softened
- 1 dry packet of salad dressing mix, ranch flavor
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper; minced
- 1/2 cup celery; minced
- 1/4 cup onions, green; sliced
- 1/4 cup olives; sliced
- 4 10-inch Tortillas

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup light butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. Stevia (or 1 1/2 cups sugar)
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Glaze
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp melted light butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Peach Berry Smoothies

Place all ingredients in blender
- 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches or nectarines
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
Pumpkin Whip

Whip the cream using mixer until stiff; set aside
- 1/2 pint heavy or whipping cream
- 1 pkg. SF instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
Strawberry Tarts

- Premade tart shells, phyllo or shortbread
- Instant SF pudding – cheesecake, vanilla or lemon
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla or 2 t. Amaretto or dark rum
- Strawberries, sliced or any other fruit

In large mixing bowl, combine boiling water and oats; let stand until warm (110º-115º)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) dry yeast
- 1/3 cup warm water (110º-115º)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 T. butter
- 1 t. salt
- 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour
- Melted butter

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- Lowry's Seasoning Salt
- 6 bacon slices
- Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/4 cup regular mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushroom (optional)
- 2 cup shredded Colby/Jack cheese
