- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 (1-oz) package sugar-free, fat-free instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/3 cup finely ground pistachios
Mexican Chili Relleno Pie

Brown ground beef and onion, drain, pat into 9x9 Pam-sprayed baking dish
- 1 pound ground beef, well-crumbled, browned, and drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 5 eggs, beaten till lemon-colored
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t dry mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of salsa
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1 (7 oz) diced, mild green chilis
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Jack, Colby, Mozzarella, or mixture)
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
