In a large bowl, stir all salad ingredients together, excluding the tortilla chips and avocado
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 cups Diced Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
- 1 cup Rinsed And Drained Black Beans
- 1 cup Sweet Yellow Corn
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 4 whole Scallions, Washed And Sliced (white And Green Parts)
- 1 whole Large Romaine Heart, Chopped And Washed
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Washed And Chopped
- 2 cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
- 2 whole Just Under Ripe Avocados, Diced
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice (optional)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm (105-115 degrees) water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 cups all-purpose flour or half all-purpose and half whole wheat

- To Make Cookies:
- 2 cups flour

- 1 teaspoon saffron or .01 grams (such as Badia Soanish Saffron)
- 10 leaves basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup no added salt, fat or sugar tomato sauce (such as Pomi)
- 1 1/2 ounces of fresh mozzarella
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 egg whites, whisked until foamy

- For the roasted garlic:
- 8 heads garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- For the marinade:
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic (about 4 large cloves)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for browning the roast
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (3to 5-pound) chuck roast, fat trimmed
- For the sauce:
- 2 large Spanish onions, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup dark beer, such as Guinness or Aventinus
- 1 whole head of the roasted garlic (save the rest for another use)
- 2 cups chicken stock
