  • Marinade:
  • 1 kg. pork tenderloin (2 or 3 tenderloins)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. mixed black and white sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Lemon Mustard Sour Cream Sauce (see below)
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
  • 3/4 tsp. sesame oil
  • Lemon Mustard Sour Cream Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
