- Approximately 6 C. sliced apples
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2-3/4 C. sugar
- Topping:
- 3/4 C. melted butter
- 2 1/4 C. oats
- 3/4 C. flour
- 1 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Shrimp Dip (Cold)

- 1/3 C. mayo
- 3 T. chili sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice

Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole

Thaw hashbrowns and place in ungreased 9x13 pan
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg hash browns
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. pepper
- 4 C. diced and cooked chicken
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. chicken boullion granules
- 2 C. shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 3 c fresh or partially thawed frozen blueberries

Roll crescents rolls into pan (9x13 or jelly roll pan) and bake according to package
- 2 8 oz. cans crescent rolls
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 ½ C. sour cream, or just little more
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
Garlic Fries

1. Preheat oven to 225°C/440° F
- 8 garlic cloves, minced or grated
- 6 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 russet potatoes (about 8oz each), each cut into 12 wedges
- 3 T. cornstarch/cornflour
- 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Chicken-Sweet and Spicy, Crock Pot

Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker
- 1 pound (about 2) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (14-ounce) can petite or regular diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (add more if you like extra heat - with this amount it is mild enough for my kids to eat it up but spicy enough to help offset the sweetness)

- Crust:
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 1/2 1 ½ sticks butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- First Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
- Second Layer:
- 2 pkgs. Instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- Rest of cool whip
