Ranch Nuts and Bolts

Mix together in shaker jar, oil, dressing mix, dill weed, garlic powder
- Sauce:
- 1 &3/4 c canola or other lite oil
- 1 pkg Dry Clubhouse Ranch Dressing
- 3 T Dill Weed
- Garlic Powder
- Box of:
- Crispex
- Mini Ritz
- Crispers
- Nacho Bugles
- Pretzels
- Quackers
- Cheese Bites
- 2 c peanuts
- 3 c cheerios
Dill Salad

Place all salad ingredients except cheese cubes in large serving bowl; toss lightly

- My fellow blogger friend, Brooke, at All Things Thrifty is doing a fun "all things delicious" linky party. I thought I'd share this delicious recipe for a salad with everyone!

- 2 2 2 medium tomatoes, cut into bite-sized wedges
- 1 1 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 1 1 small onion, cut in half, thinly sliced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 4 4 1/2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, cubed 1/2 inch
- Vinaigrette
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 2 2 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 1 to 2 1 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed* (or use 1 tsp dried dill - which I do because fresh is expensive and I won't use it up and it'll go bad)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cranberry Salsa

chop cranberries and peppers
- 1 c cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 T lime juice
- 6 T honey
- 1&1/2 T tequila
- 1&1/2 T Triple Sec or Orange Liquor
- 4 Jalapeno peppers
Carrot Pudding

This receipe calls for the water bath canner method Gramma Lily`s receipe Serve with Carmel Sauce
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 c grated potato`s
- 1 c flour
- 1 c white sugar
- 3/4 c raisens
- 1/2 c currants
- 1/2 t cloves
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cream of tartar
Turkey Brine

- Expert Tips
- To measure Bisquick mix, spoon it into a dry-ingredient measuring cup, then level the top with a metal spatula.
- Experiment with your favorite flavored yogurt and your favorite berries.
Taco Filled Pasta Shells

Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 1-1/4 oz. pkgs. taco
- seasoning
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese,
- cubed
- 2 12-oz. pkgs. jumbo pasta
- shells, uncooked
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. taco sauce
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey
- Jack cheese
- 1-1/2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
- Optional: sour cream, chopped
- green onions
A Nice Warm Drink

1.Combine all ingredients in a large pot or kettle
- 1 quart water
- 3 orange spice tea bags
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 1/2 cups rum
- 8 cinnamon sticks
- 3 teaspoons butter
Rhubarb Bread Pudding

Mix together rhubarb, melted butter, bread, sugar, milk, eggs,cinnamon, nutmeg , vanilla and optional nuts
- Rum Sauce:
- 4 c chopped rhubarb
- 3 c cubed bread
- 1 &1/2 c milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1/4 c chopped nuts(opt)
- 1/4 c raisins (opt)
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 T oil
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1 t vanilla
- rum to taste(or run extract)
