- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves or seedless raspberry jam
- 1/3 cup dried cranberry
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almond
- 1 (13- to 16-ounce) Brie cheese round
- 1 pkg. (13 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Entertaining Quartet Distinctive Crackers
Cream Puff Cake

In a large saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- FILLING
- 1-2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 4 pkg (3.3 oz each) instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 Cup pecans
- drizzle w/ carmel syrup

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 sm pk chocolate chips (2 cups)
Mandarin Mixed Green Salad

1. Place greens on two serving plates; top with oranges and walnuts
- CITRUS VINAIGRETTE:
- 2 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 cup heinz tomato ketchup
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 9-12 ore-ida frozen fried onion rings
Old Fashioned Pumpkin Gingerbread

You can make this moist gingerbread the day before or freez it for up to 3 months
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp finely shredded orange peel
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Orange peel curls (optional)
Pork and Green Chili Casserole

In a large skillet, saute pork in oil until no pink remains; drain
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Hunt’s® Original Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
- 1 cup quick-cooking brown rice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 to 3 tablespoons salsa
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Mix all ingredients and spread in 9x12 & sprinkle with chocolate chips

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Orange jello/cottage cheese salad

In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, pineapple, oranges
- 1/2 pkg dry cottage cheese
- 1 small (flat) can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 small can mandarine oranges, drained
- 1 small pkg orange jello- dry from box
- 1 small whipped topping
Veggie Lasagna Florentine

This is a recipe I created for my vegetarian sister-in-law after she ran the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington, DC
- 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms - use fresh instead
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 zucchini, finely chopped
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed - use fresh if you have it
- 1 (16 ounce) container nonfat cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons dried basil, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
