- 1-1/2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)

Chicken Parmigiana

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
- 1 spray(s) olive oil cooking spray
- 1 pound(s) uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly pounded (four 4-oz pieces)
- 2 item(s) egg white(s), lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup(s) canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) (shredded) part-skim mozzarella cheese

Mix all dressing ingredients into mixer then add to cabbages onions carrots
- 12 cup cabbage (shred)
- 4 tsp mustard
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp celery seed
- 1 jar mayo - 4 cups
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tsp salt & pepper
- 3/4 cup vinegar (apple cider)
- 1 T Garlic minced
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 purple cabbage shred

Three Cheese Pesto Pizza

In a small skillet, saute onion and red pepper in oil until tender
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust

- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
