- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

- 3 large unpeeled Red Delicious apples, thinly sliced

carrot casserole

Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil
- 2 pounds carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 6 ounces process American cheese, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Big Pine French Toast

Cranberry-Zinfandel Punch

1.In large pitcher or punch bowl (about 5 quarts), mix cranberry-juice cocktail, Zinfandel, and lime juice
- 1 bottle(s) (64-ounce) cranberry-juice cocktail, chilled
- 1 bottle(s) (750 ml) red Zinfandel wine, chilled
- 1/3 cup(s) bottled sweetened lime juice
- 1 bottle(s) (1-liter) seltzer
- Chilled lime slices for garnish
Bow ties with chicken and peas

1. Heat oven to 425 2. Cook pasta in a dutch oven or a large pot according to package directions
- 8 oz bow tie pasta
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken (bite-size) or 10 oz package precooked diced chicken

- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
