Chicken Sausage with Veggies

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- 4 links chicken sausage (pork free)
- 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 T grapeseed oil
- 2 T raw or organic butter
- garlic powder & black pepper to taste
- 2 T feta cheese (optional)
Cookie Dough Frosting

To make the cookie dough frosting, mix one cup of raw cookie dough with one half cup of heavy cream
- Raw (eggless) Cookie Dough Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cookie dough
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 C unsalted butter, melted
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 4 T milk
- Any amount of any mix-in you'd like - I used cacao nibs, but chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit would all work.

- 2 heads iceburg lettuce, chopped
- 8 oz. fluid baby spinach, washed and dried
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 whole hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 16 oz. weight bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 whole tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. weight cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 bag (10 oz) frozen peas, partially thawed
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cups (real) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 T sugar (more to taste)
Simple Turtle Cookie Cups

Heat oven to 375°F. Place miniature paper baking cups in each of 36 mini muffin cups
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® double chocolate chunk cookie mix
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 36 round milk chocolate-covered chewy caramels, unwrapped

Baked Beans (Dear Abby)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole
- 6 slices of turkey bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 16 oz can pork & beans, drained
- 1 16 oz can lima beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 10 oz package sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
