  • 4 center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, spread on a plate
  • 2 medium green bell peppers, stemmed, cored, and membranes removed, cut into strips
  • 2 yellow onions, trimmed, cut lengthwise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Bake at 350 in 8" pan

  • Cream this and add:
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • Mix together and set aside to cool.
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Now add:
  • oatmeal mixture
  • dissolve 1 tsp. soda in 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 cup flour with 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp oregano (dry)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lb. pasta
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 sausages- cooked (oven @375 for 20 - 30 minutes)
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. butter
