Basic Aglio e Olio — Oil and Garlic Sauce (a 5-minute sauce)

Lidia Bastianich, author of ‘Lidia's Family Table,’ serves up lighter meals and desserts for the holiday season
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more if you want
- 5 plump garlic cloves, sliced (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried peperoncino (hot red pepper flakes), or more to taste
- Hot water from the pasta-cooking pot
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano
Chicken Stuffing Bake

This is the classic Campbell soup receipe
- 1 (6 ounce) box chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley
BBQ Rub

Mix all ingredients together and place in an air tight container
- Equal parts:
- Season Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Salt
- 3 of your own ingredients such as paprika, dry mustard, brown sugar, cracked pepper, etc,,
Frosting

Combine ingredients; Beat until creamy
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- little bit of coffee
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Baking Mix Dumplings

- 2 cups baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
Creamy Orzo

1. Cook orzo pasta about 8 minutes and keep about 1 cup pasta water
- 1 pound orzo
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Can't Eat Just One Spinach Ball

Place eggs in large mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until they are lemon colored
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 6oz. box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 4 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Food 911 BBQ Sauce

- 1 cup Cider Vinger
- 1 cup Mustard
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
