- 1 2/3 cups canned beef broth
- 3/4 cup ready-to-use sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (6.6-ounce) package stuffing mix
- 1 (1 1/4-pound) skirt steak
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Merlot Sauce

- 1 cup currant jelly
- 1 cup Merlot, Zinfandel or nonalcoholic red wine
- 1/2 cup Progresso® beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Itailan Style Coleslaw

Mix all ingredients and serve
- 1 pkg or 16 oz coleslaw blend
- 1 small red pepper, cut into short strips
- 1/2 cup Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing
Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water, and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breats, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
